The European Championships have come to an end, and what an amazing experience it was! When we opened Facebook this morning, it seemed like our timeline had exploded with so many fantastic reactions and posts. So, it's high time for us to share our own thoughts. We're still thriving in the afterglow of this incredible Dutch edition of the WEKAF European Championships. It truly was an adventure in itself, and though the words may not come easily, we still want to give you a glimpse of this successful event by sharing some of the photo’s made by D’n Dave Photography and Peter Wetzer from Nihon Sport.
As you can see in the pictures. There were intense battles where nothing was handed out for free, yet the respect shown towards each other was immense. We saw new friendships form and witnessed heartwarming gestures exchanged. As requested, we're sharing an overview of the winners across 34 categories, in which more than 70 participants competed.
We also want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this event possible. This goes out to all the volunteers, family, friends, and especially the sponsors. Your support was truly invaluable, and without you, this wouldn't have been possible.
Thank you once again to everyone involved, and let's look back together on a remarkable tournament filled with sportsmanship and brotherhood!
